Click on the thumbnail of the image that you would like to download, then:

MAC - Click and hold down mouse button or right click (after image is finished loading) and select "Download to Disk" to download to the desktop. OR - right click on thumbnail image and select "download link to disk"

PC- Right-click on image (after image is finished loading) and select "Save Picture As" to download. OR - right click on thumbnail image and select "download link to disk"
